What it is?
In our coaching programmes we offer general, expert approved, nutrition advice covering which food groups to prioritise at certain times through your training programme. Nutritional requirements, like everything else in endurance sport, are unique to you, so we also offer in depth, individualised support, advice and strategies with our in-house nutritionist – Elin Tiberg (link to Elin’s bio)
What you can expect

- A bespoke nutrition plan designed specifically to improve your performance
- For your coach to be briefed on your nutrition requirements
- Brief (15 minute) follow-up consultations to track progress
