Claire – on completing the 2019 Boston Marathon on one leg

considering the bad fortune of pulling the hamstring (after having an injury free training season) coupled with challenging weather conditions (hot & humid), I am pleased that my finishing time was only 12 minutes off my A goal. I think the good training season and focus on hills allowed me to even finish the race, let alone in an okay time.
