What it is
Fed up with running alone, got questions to ask about your running form, or just want to push yourself a bit harder? Come and join us at one or more of our pop-up run sessions each month – so called, because they “pop-up” at a variety of locations and times across London. Our members are encouraged to bring friends or colleagues that they think will benefit too. It obviously helps us, but we believe in the power of crowds in running so know that you will benefit too. Running with like-minded people will help you get out of the door to come to a session, and it will help you push yourself in the session itself.
What you can expect?
