In our coaching programmes, we offer support around your motivations and our coaches are skilled with people as well as endurance running. But, there are times when specialist support is required. In elite sport, athletes are trained how to harness their emotions to improve performance by working with Sport Psychologists. Now you can learn how to do this with our in-house Performance Psychologist Stuart Holliday

  1. One-off or a series of one to one sessions with Stuart, typically lasting one hour
  2. To talk about how why you run
  3. To discuss why your goals are important to you 
  4. To learn how to manage your emotions to improve performance
